Beginners Yoga & Special Needs
This class is designed for anyone with special needs, concerns or injuries.
Instruction and principles of alignment are emphasized; yoga props are used to support and educate the body. There is a considerable amount of care and concern demonstrated as one opens to learning basic asanas (poses) in a very slow and progressive manner.

Children's Yoga (12 and Under)
A fun and interactive class with learning and nurturing environment.

Teen Yoga (13 & Up)
A supportive and fun learning environment that lends itself to basic yoga and meditation instruction. This class is designed to teach skills that will enhance and empower teens physically & emotionally. We explore and apply ancient practices that cultivate self esteem and stress management techniques to deal with modern day challenges.

Seniors Yoga
A class environment is provided for those who have never practiced yoga and for those who thought they might have missed the window. The gentle asanas (poses) and meditation are carefully and systematically taught with emphasis on alignment, using props to educate the body. Breathing techniques and meditation are also taught.

Cancer Care (During and After Treatment)
A most nurturing and sacred environment is provided to patients who are carefully guided through gentle and restorative yoga and meditation.
Breathing techniques and relaxation skills are taught to help one relax and restore whenever necessary.

Yoga and the Overweight Body
A nurturing, compassionate and non judgemental class environment is designed to accommodate anyone who feels uncomfortable with their body weight. We welcome those who are interested in learning yoga and meditation, yet too apprehensive to try. One is not at all required to be fit or in shape, we will slowly and gradually support one another using props to ease into the asanas.

Pranayama, Restorative Yoga & Meditation
A class that provides a nurturing and quiet environment for the purpose of relaxation and stress relief. Gentle and restorative yoga postures and light stretching are practiced before learning the art of yogic breathing and meditation.

Yoga and Twelve Step Recovery (Pre-registration required. No walk in)
A nurturing, compassionate and non judgmental environment is provided to integrate the twelve step principles of addiction recovery. We explore the use of yoga and meditation as effective tools for creating new lifestyle changes. This class is a gentle approach with instruction and alignment taught through the use of props.

Private Yoga Lessons Available By Appointment Only

Flow Yoga Mixed Level (No experience required)
A slow and progressive vinyasa class emphasizing instructions and principles of alignment. This class observes very basic asanas (poses). 

Flow Yoga Intermediate Level (experience required)
A flowing vinyasa class with few interruptions. The practitioner is required to have a solid understanding of basic principles of alignment. This class is comprised of more challenging asanas (poses) and deeper meditation techniques.
